Our Story

Our story…so far

American International School of Tashkent was founded with a vision to bring high-quality American education to Uzbekistan.

The school was created to combine international academic standards with strong local values, giving students the opportunity to earn both an American diploma and an Uzbek state diploma. Through partnership with Ivy Global School in the United States, AIST provides globally recognized education taught by experienced educators and supported by modern learning technologies.

As AIST continues to grow, our mission remains clear: to help students build a strong academic foundation, discover their talents, and prepare for a successful future anywhere in the world.

AIST proudly operates in partnership with Ivy Global School, a private American K–12 virtual school headquartered in Tampa, Florida, USA. Ivy Global School is accredited by Cognia and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Through this partnership, AIST students gain access to an American curriculum, internationally qualified teachers, and a globally recognized diploma pathway that supports admission to leading universities worldwide.

Beyond the classroom
